The Hunt Sale is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.
For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 3 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped.
We will gladly accept your return for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not offer exchanges at this time nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be in new condition. We will not accept returns if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase. If an item includes a security tag, it must not be cut or tampered with in any way to be eligible for return.
Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside the original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
All items purchased during a promotional period are final sale.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may sent back to you.
For the refund, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you express otherwise. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
We have 14 days period to refund your money since then.
